The Sanctuary is ancient—carved into the mountainside centuries ago as a place of refuge. The Order of Silent Scholars may have built it, or it may be far older than even they know.
The Smuggler operates from here, coordinating rescue operations and maintaining safe houses across the realm. Prophet Greyjoy visits periodically, offering guidance and visions to those who shelter within the Sanctuary’s walls.
The location is protected by powerful wards that seem to repel curse-magic and unwanted visitors simultaneously.
